With a desire to create unique artisan spirits, The Spirit Collective was born in early 2020. As the Fraser Coast’s first artisan spirit distillery we aim to share our passion for spirits and showcase the many flavours of the region.

Founded in Bundaberg’s infamous cane fields, Kalki Moon is the Bundaberg region’s family-owned artisan distillery. With a focus on crafting premium-quality spirits that reflect the unique characteristics of the region, the distillery produces a range of award-winning gins, vodkas, rums, and liqueurs. Using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible, and traditional distilling methods, the spirits are carefully crafted by the skilled distillers.
